Once we’ve formulated your personalized hair care products, orders take 3-5 business days to ship. Once we’ve shipped your order, we’ll send you an email with a unique tracking number and order details. To check your order status, click here.

To update the name on your account, simply log in and select “Account Settings” and click “Edit” next to the name selection. Enter your preferred name and click "Save Changes."

To update your payment information and billing address, log in to your account and select "Account Settings." Click on "Edit" next to the Payment Information section. Then update your full card information under Credit Card or address, and click "Save Changes."


*Please note that you must input all information listed, even if only the expiration date has changed.

To update your email address, log in to your account and select "Account Settings." Select “Edit” to update and confirm your email address and save. 

To update your shipping address, log in to your account and select "Account Settings," then edit and save your changes.

To update your password, log in to your account and select "Account Settings," then edit your password and save.

To control your email notifications, log in to your account and select "Account Settings." Edit your email preferences and save.


If you're still not receiving emails, check your spam/junk folder. Add our email address to your contact list, if necessary.

If you are still aren't receiving emails, check your junk folder. You may need to add our email address to your safe contact list to ensure our emails land in your inbox.

To redeem an email offer, follow the prompts within the email. The promotional offer or credit will automatically save to your account and apply to your AURA order.

To redeem a promo code, checkmark the box that says “Do you have a promo code?” on the checkout page under “Payment”. Enter your promo code and click "Apply."

If you would like to turn off your subscription, log in to your account and select “Manage Autoship Products.” Click on the “Turn off autoship,” link on the bottom of the page and follow the prompts.


NOTE: You will be prompted to either remove or continue to receive any items currently included in your plan.
